OMN's September 26, 2007 Meeting featured "TALKIN' SPORTS" Our distinguished panelists included: Bob Barry Jr. from KFOR-TV and WWLS-AM The Sports Animal Our guests enjoyed discussion about how the game of sports coverage has changed, including the influence of the internet on sports reporting, how the immediacy of the internet has made it more difficult to be able to quickly source facts before reporting stories. A big part of the discussion was about ethics in sports reporting, accuracy of content, and the timeliness of breaking stories. Please enjoy the photos below. |
